SCORE Workshop – How to deal with difficult people

SCORE Workshop - How to deal with difficult people
SCORE

Former business owners, Colleen Larson & Doug Hollingsworth, will explain how to deal with difficult people and prevent them from impacting your business. Do you have difficult employees, bosses, customers, or suppliers? Do you spend an inordinate amount of time dealing with these individuals? These strife-laden relationships can impact your business bottom line and reflect on your business image. This SCORE workshop will provide you with proven methods to overcome such challenges. You will learn why difficult people behave the way they do and develop strategies to overcome such challenges. The workshop includes a presentation, example practice exercises, and group discussion so that you will leave with concrete skills on how to deal with your most difficult relationships. Pre-registration is required for this workshop being held at Belleview Public Library. Registration donation of $20 covers cost of materials and you can bring one guest for free.

When: Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 5 – 7 p.m.

Register at: midflorida.score.org/localworkshops or call 352-399-0050
