Balancing Your Chakras held at Pinellas Plaza Library
Nov 12 @ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Balancing Your Chakras held at Pinellas Plaza Library @ The Villages Public Library at Pinellas Plaza, Conf. Rm. 102

Registration remains open on Monday, Nov. 12 for Balancing Your Chakras from 10 a.m. – noon at The Villages Public Library at Pinellas Plaza in Conference Room 102. Join library staff for an exciting 2 hour class on the chakras; our energy centers. We will discuss the basics such as what they are and where they are located. Followed by more detailed mechanics such as which organs and even ‘belief systems’ each one governs. When our energy is low, or we become ill or depressed, it is often a sign that the chakras are clogged from past stress. The clearer your chakras; the healthier you are, the more energy you have. You feel balanced and focused.

Using guided visualization and supportive affirmations we will clear and bring balance to our chakras as well as the surrounding Auric field. Come release stress and heighten the feelings of joy and inner peace. Discover how amazing the human body really is. Wear comfy clothing, bring your journal and your positive intentions!
