Firefighter negotiations

To the Editor:

There is no question in my mind that firemen (and let’s include police and first responders) deserve not only our respect, but should be paid well.
It is a shame that The Villages, who I believe have a good deal of money, can afford to pay these men and women generously. After all, we are in the Friendliest Hometown and we should show our respect and gratitude to these brave men and women.
