Foursome celebrates as Villager scores first hole-in-one at Turtle Mound

“Wow!” That’s what Villager Phil Mealy said after watching his first-ever hole-in-one become a reality.

Villager Phil Mealy hit a hole-in-one on the first hole at Turtle Mound Executive Golf Course with a 98-yard shot using an 8-iron.

The magical shot took place on the first hole at Turtle Mound Executive Golf Course. Mealy hit a 98-yard shot with an 8-iron and was just hoping to get on the green.

But to his surprise and that of the others in his foursome, Mealy’s ball bounced twice and dropped right in the cup!

Needless to say, at the end of the round, a celebration erupted as the foursome gathered at Mallory Hill Country Club to celebrate Mealy’s impressive feat.
