James C. ‘Jay’ Davis

James C. “Jay” Davis, 83, of Lady Lake, FL, passed away peacefully under the care of Cornerstone Hospice.

He was a proud member of Village of Faith Baptist Church, loved golfing and spending time with friends at Panera Bread.

He will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his loving wife Sherri of 58 years; four sons, James, Robert, Mark and Gary; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Carl Davis and many extended family and friends. He is predeceased by sisters Velsie and Sue.

A Celebration of Life will take place Monday, November 19, 2018 at Village of Faith Baptist Church, 8653 CR 127, Wildwood, FL. Visitation will take place from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by the service at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers please send donations to Village of Faith Baptist Church Building Fund.
