Let Villagers enjoy their retirement years in peace

To the Editor:

Harold and June Huff are fighting to keep their driveway extensions in the Hallandale Villas.

Help please, these people did not have their driveways done to be out of compliance.
They have done nothing to hurt anyone only to make their lives a little easier in their older years.
We all came to The Villages to enjoy our retirement and live a good life till the end. If people came here to spend all of their time (and there are some) checking out people’s property out of compliance, go back where you came from.
Life is too short and I am sure if everyone’s property were checked you would find thousands out of compliance in same way or another.  If it does not detract from this beautiful place and it adds help to the elderly please leave them alone and get back to enjoying your retirement. It will be over before you realize what happened.
