Marie Jeannine ‘Jenny’ Cossart

Marie “Jenny” Cossart, 76, of The Villages, Fl, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 19th surrounded by her loving family. Jenny was born in New York City and raised in the Bronx.

She attended local schools and earned her degree from Pace University. She was employed by Pace University, New York University and AT&T in a variety of administrative support roles.

Jenny moved to The Villages in 1999, where she met her beloved husband John. She enjoyed POGO games, an annual cruise, Mahjong and her favorite Pinot Grigio wine. But more than anything, she loved time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Marie is survived by her beloved husband of 8 years, John. She is also survived by her children: Albert Andrews of Houston, TX, James (Judy) Andrews of Brooklyn, NY, Robert (Rosemary) Andrews of Staten Island, NY, Lee (Sean) Heaney of Marietta, GA, Donna (Bob) Kelley of Danielsville, GA, and Amy (Tommy) Collins of Atlanta, GA. Jenny also leaves four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Monday, Sept. 25th at 10 a.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
