To the Editor:

A lady from District 2 is up in arms because her dogs cannot poop and pee in residents’ yard. At a District Supervisors’ meeting a comment was made that The Villages owns 10 1/2 feet of your yard from the curb so the homeowner has no recourse, but let the dogs use it for their business. The Villages, according to my deed, doesn’t own any part of my corner lot, BUT there is a 10 foot utility easement. If for some reason this is incorrect please let me know as I will gladly let The Villages take over the mowing and maintaining this 10 feet.
