She was also wanted on a Miami-Dade County warrant charging her with fraud.

A Wildwood police spotted a gold Plymouth pulling into the grocery store parking lot on Main Street at 3:48 p.m. Monday. The officer found that the registered owner, 47-year-old Loida Binay Clemente, was wanted on the warrant. The officer positioned his patrol car behind Clemente’s vehicle.

Clemente told the police officer her New York driver’s license had been suspended because she had been involved in an accident without insurance, according to the arrest report.

She was placed under arrest, and Miami Dade officials advised they would like to extradite her.

She was being held without bond at the Sumter County Detention Center, pending extradition.
