To the Editor:
I have observed with awe the adding of sidewalks, especially on Highway 27/441 and wonder whose idea this was? Why is the narrow sidewalk necessary? what was the estimated demand for a sidewalk in this location? how many people did whomever estimate walked down the highway of grass trying to get wherever? AND who paid for sidewalk?
