Lisa Degrego

Lady Lake police nabbed a Villages nail technician along with a pair with methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and a loaded gun.

The trio had been traveling in a green Oldsmobile with an expired tag at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday when the car was pulled over at U.S. Hwy. 27/441 at County Road 25, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.

The driver was identified as 47-year-old Lisa Degrego of Leesburg, whose license had been suspended in July for failure to pay a traffic fine. She told police she knew her license was suspended and could not pay the fine to have her license re-instated. A search of her purse turned up Xanax.
