Are brand-new homes in The Villages already encroaching on easements?

On May 3, I was walking the conservation trail for exercise. After the walk I went over to were the new houses are being built. On Wise Way there are numerous completed homes with hardly any one occupied. So I walked by the lake on Okeechobee golf course. During the walk I noticed a beautiful house with a side patio that was right up to the property line of the next house. After reading your article about easements. I thought this is definite encroachment. The house is located at 3462 Wise Way in the Village of Pine Hill. Is this by code? The home appears to be empty and up for sale. Will the new owners have a problem after the move in with encroachment?
