Work to take place over winter months on worn section of multi-modal path

Work will be taking place over the next few months on a worn section of multi-modal path north of Evans Prairie Country Club.

The work will be taking place under the direction of the Project Wide Advisory Committee, which includes representation and funding from Community Development Districts 5 through 11.

The multi-modal path north of Evans Prairie Country Club has suffered from wear and tear.

Contractor scheduling is in progress.

PWAC member and Community Development District 10 Supervisor Don Wiley, a resident of the Village of Hillsborough, has been pushing for the work. That section of multi-modal path has suffered from wear and tear and heaving due to tree roots.
