The Mangrove and Sweetgum executive golf courses will open Oct. 15 in The Villages.
These will be the 31st and 32nd executive courses in The Villages.
The courses will open with with an 8:30 a.m. or a 9 a.m. shotgun with 9 foursomes per golf course made up of “Village Residents.”
There will be a drawing for the 18 foursomes at Paddock Square at Brownwood at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9. To register for the drawing:
• All players must be able to play in either the 8:30am or 9:00am shotgun as this free round of golf is not valid at any other time.
• No substitutions for the players
• Must have 4 valid resident ID numbers (no guests) to enter; singles or twosomes will not be paired.
• Only register 1 time
• Register through 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8
• Use the automated tee time system (phone)
• One member of the foursome must be present at the time of drawing to received certificate and instructions
