A 37-year-old Ocala man was arrested after stolen merchandise from Wal-Mart at Buffalo Ridge was found on the floorboard of his vehicle Friday afternoon.
Christopher Douglas Abshire allegedly walked out of the store with $98.70 worth of merchandise from the electronics and toy departments, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. He was released after posting $500 bond.
