Fishing bonds men.
Zac Levy of The Village of Amelia was out earlier this week at a pond in The Villages fishing with his 12-year-old grandson Sam Topol visiting from Bethesda, Md.
“It’s great having him here,” the grandfather said. “I have him for a little while. But then there are more coming.”
He fills the days of his grandchildren’s visits with bowling, fishing and movies.
“They are such a blessing,” Levy said.
“I hope there will be lots of fishing this summer.”
This is the time of year when there are plenty of grandchildren in The Villages.
As always, there’s plenty of fun for children in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.
