An Ocklawaha man died Sunday in an accident in a collision between a motorcycle he was riding and a truck.
Jonathan Lee Baker was killed in the accident which occurred at 11 a.m. Sunday on County Road 450 in Marion County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The report indicated he was wearing a helmet.
Baker was transported to Shands Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Thomas Brett Comenzo, 32, of Umatilla was driving a Chevy Silverado that collided with the motorcycle. He was not injured. A female passenger in Comenzo’s vehicle was also uninjured.
Charges are pending, according to the Florida Highway Patrol report.
