#2 Brewers knock off #1 Dodgers:

The Brewers out slug the Dodgers 14 to 3.  The Dodgers had the early 2 to 1 lead after the first inning.  But the Brewers picked up 4 runs in the second with the help of a lead off error and 5 straight hits.  The Dodgers got a double play and kept the Brewers from scoring 5 after an intentional walk to Terry Operchuck.  The Dodgers started out the bottom of the 2nd with 2 hits, but an out and 2 fielders choices put a zero on the board.  Two errors allowed a run for the Brewers and an error allowed the Dodgers to get the run back in the bottom of the 3rd.  Alan Jackson started the 4th with a triple and scored on a Don Mulneix single.  Operchuck moved Mulneix into scoring position and scored on a sac fly by Calfee.  Manager Tom Gvist ripped a double driving in a run and Vin Stebbins brought in the 4 run with a single.  Winning pitcher Ken Semmel and the Brewers prevented the Dodgers from scoring the rest of the way.  The Brewers add a run in the 5th, 2 in the 6th and 1 in the 7th.
