Brian Robert Costello

PALATINE, Ill. – Brian Robert Costello, 32, resident of The Villages, FL, formerly of Palatine, IL passed away Monday Dec 23rd due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born January 26, 1981 in Arlington Heights and was raised in Palatine. Brian is survived by his parents Frederick and Barbara Costello of The Villages; his brother Tom, his wife Natalie and their children Kyle, Courtney, Connor, and Korey all from Stafford, VA; and his sister Jennifer from Williams Bay, WI. To know Brian was a gift. He lit up every room he entered with his infectious enthusiasm for all things sports related. Wrigley Field was his church and every Sunday we were bombarded with texts and Facebook postings stating one word – BEARS. An avid baseball player and a superior golfer, Brian was always on the go, generally with a PBR in hand and a smile on his face. He leaves behind countless friends that all consider him family and we are all heartbroken to have lost the light in our lives. If you hear a Journey song being sung off-key or a random request for We Built This City, then you know he is nearby. Services are being held at St. Mark’s Church, 7081 SE Hwy 42 in Summerfield, FL on Mon Dec 30th at 11 am. Burial will be at a later date. –
