Matthew W. Spanier, 73, of the Village of Caroline was ticketed on a charge of careless driving following an accident at 12:50 p.m. Friday at Avenida Central and Bichara Boulevard.
He was issued the citation by Lady Lake police after his car sideswiped a vehicle driven by Joyce Morgan, 71, of the Village of Woodbury.
Morgan complained of neck pain, but did not seek treatment, according to the accident report.
