To the Editor:
Could someone possibly educate the Villagers on the proper way to walk on the cart paths ?They should be walking facing traffic, not with it. I’m guessing that the majority are from the urban/city areas and not aware of the safest way to walk on the cart paths. Maybe when the VHA has its Newcomers meetings, that could be put on the agenda. Just a suggestion.
