A woman was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct Thursday night at Gator Joe’s restaurant in Weirsdale.
After 23-year-old Julia Heisey was in handcuffs and being escorted to a patrol car by a Marion County sheriff’s deputy, she kicked the deputy in the chest, according to the arrest report.
Heisey had arrived at the restaurant intoxicated and began throwing magazine racks around the dining area, the arrest report indicated.
She was booked at the Marion County Jail.
