A 33-year-old Massachusetts man was arrested by Fruitland Park police at about 7 p.m. May 8 on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 at Register Road.
Charles F. Candelaria-Ortiz was charged with driving under the influence (his second offense) and open container.
He was transported to the Lake County Jail where he posted $1,000 bond and was released with a May 28 court date.
