A crew was out Monday morning at the intersection of Old Camp Road and Lake Sumter Landing, make an adjustment to the signal light.
The light will now provide a left-turn signal for traffic coming from the intersection of Lake Sumter Landing and Lakeshore Drive. A left-turn lane for both cars and golf carts had been added to that intersection in early May. At that time, the northbound golf cart lane on Lakeshore Drive was eliminated from the intersection to Fish Camp Road.
The work to the signal lights was being performed Monday by Statewide Safety Services of Tampa.
