Central Florida Health Alliance – the parent organization of Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital – has been selected as one of Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families for the 14th consecutive year. The Orlando Sentinel named the Top 100

“We couldn’t be more honored to be recognized once again as one of Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families,” said Amie Richason, vice president of Human Resources at Central Florida Health Alliance. “This recognition among the region’s best employers is further validation that Central Florida Health Alliance truly is a great place to work.”

Celebrating its 21st year as the premier award program, Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families list recognizes companies that demonstrate a core commitment to family and work/life balance. A panel of human resources experts selected companies whose core benefits, family-related benefits, work environment, communication, and training stand out above the rest.

Central Florida Health Alliance ranked number seven on the list – the highest ranking healthcare company. “We remain dedicated to providing the more than 2,700 members of our team with the programs, benefits, and resources to achieve meaningful, rewarding careers,” said Richason. “This award helps demonstrate our commitment to creating a workplace environment that enables our team members to realize their full professional potential and in turn, strengthen their families.”
