Elinor May Teerlink, 83, of The Villages, Florida, passed from this life Friday, August 29, 2014. She was born and raised in Chicago, IL and for several years was a claims agent in the insurance industry. Elinor enjoyed playing tennis and golf. She came to The Villages from Fort Myers, FL in 2004. She was predeceased by her brother, Owen H. Thomas. Elinor is survived by her husband of 60 years, James M. Teerlink, a son, David J. Teerlink , daughter-in-law Beth and granddaughter Gabrielle Teerlink all of Alexandria, VA. Funeral services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
