The Holiday Inn Express in Lady Lake has been sold by Villages Hospitality LLC to HIX Villages LLC of New York City for $6.2 million.
The three-story hotel is located at 1205 Avenida Central in Lady Lake.
The hotel has 80 rooms and is a short walk from Spanish Springs Town Square.
