Robert A. Gruver, 96, of The Villages, Florida, was born May 8, 1918 died August 15, 2014. He was a retired public school employee and Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by sister, Flo Martin, and brother, George Gruver. Survived by his wife Eleanor Gruver, daughter, Emily S. (Gruver) Gilewski, son-in-law Thomas Gilewski, of The Villages, grandchildren, Ginger Kolesar, Michael T. Gilewski, and great grandchildren, Hayley D. McCormick, Kyle N. Kolesar. Funeral and burial are private and at the convenience of the family.
