A 39-year-old Fruitland Park woman was ticketed on a charge of violation of right of way following a two-car collision at 12:49 p.m. Friday at the entrance to the Rolling Acres Shopping Plaza.
Jennifer Ashley of 36327 S. Grays Airport Road was headed northbound through Rolling Acres Plaza and had a stop sign when her vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Megan A. Dunn, 21, also of Fruitland Park, according to an accident report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
Ashley said she did not see Dunn’s vehicle which had been entering the shopping plaza from U.S. Hwy, 27/441, the accident report indicated.
Lake EMS was called to the scene, but no injuries were reported.
