For the second year in a row, Villager Ann Pelle was a top finisher in the Ms. Senior Florida Pageant.
Pelle finished Saturday evening as fourth runner up in the pageant held at Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center.
Last year, Pelle was second runner up in the event.
“I was the only one that placed two years in a row,” Pelle said. “The talent was very competitive this year as there were a lot of professional singers.”
Pelle is well known in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown as the leader of The Villages’ largest twirling group.
“God bless all of The Villages Twirlers and Drum Corps and The Villages Cheerleaders that came out to support me,” Pelle said.
