The Amenity Authority Committee has given preliminary approval to granting a limited number of amenity privileges at a new assisted living facility.
In February, KR Management LLC, the company developing Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living Facility, asked for up to 20 amenity packages for residents of the assisted living facility being built on 20 acres just north of County Road 466 in the Buffalo Ridge area.
In a workshop session Wednesday, the AAC opted to grant 10 units.
Also, AAC member Carl Bell asked for the removal of executive golf trail fees as the AAC has excess funds.
However, District Manager Janet Tutt reminded Bell that trail fees are set Village-wide and the Developer would need to agree with a change
