A 33-year-old Lady Lake man has been arrested after he allegedly stole pants from Belk with his young son in tow.
Marshal L. Yarborough reportedly entered the store in La Plaza Grand shopping center in The Villages.
Yarborough tried clothes on himself and his toddler son, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
He allegedly left the store in a $50 pair of jeans.
He is facing charges of retail theft (second offense) and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
