The presentation was given by The Villages on Tuesday in front of a packed house at Mulberry Grove Recreation. (Warning, the presentation is quite detailed and may take some time to load in your web browser.)
The expansion would take place on 64 acres in the Marion County section of The Villages. The expansion would include 300 courtyard villas.
In viewing the presentation, you can see floor plans for the planned villas, ideas about where golf cart paths might be located and other documents.
