A 26-year-old Lady Lake man was jailed on $500 bond after his arrest late Friday night on a charge of driving while license suspended.
Timothy Sean Herndon had been clocked driving 66 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone at 10:46 p.m. on County Road 229, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
After pulling Herndon over, the deputy determined that Herndon’s license had been suspended for failure to pay court and traffic fines.
He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center.
