Gov. Scott -sure- go after HHS for failure to fund. You are a total innocent here. In fact, I go one step further. I think this is a Hillary problem. She should have known this would be a problem for Florida’s poor when she was Secretary of State. As the Secretary she should have made Scott do the right thing. Just another …”gate” on Hillary’s resume-“Medi-gate”!!
