A 51-year-old resident of The Villages found himself back behind bars two weeks after his release from jail.
Mark Alan Muldoon of 1404 Azteca Loop was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct Friday night by Lady Lake police.
He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $500 bond.
On June 2, he had been sentenced to 15 days in jail for trespassing at a restaurant in The Villages.
Muldoon had been ordered to stay out of Margarita Republic on Spanish Springs Towns Square. Muldoon entered the restaurant to play pool just after midnight on May 16. A Lady Lake police officer obtained a warrant, signed by Lake County Judge James Baxley, for Muldoon’s arrest.
Muldoon was picked up on May 22 and booked at the jail.
A public defendant entered a plea of no contest on Muldoon’s behalf and Judge Baxley sentenced Muldoon to 15 days in jail with credit for time already served. Muldoon was also ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $1,295.
He was released from jail on June 5.
