The Recreation Department will be gathering input from residents at 1 p.m. Friday, June 26 regarding the possible placement of a shaded cover at La Hacienda Recreation Center.
Nearly 3,500 residents responded to a Villages-News.com poll about the possible shaded cover with 67 percent indicating they did not favor it.
The input from the event will be considered by the Amenity Authority Committee which would ultimately decide the fate of the proposed cover.
