A Villager is being held without bond following his arrest Tuesday night at the Winn-Dixie parking lot.

Lady Lake police had received reports of an intoxicated man causing disturbances at Main Street and at Winn-Dixie on Bichara Boulevard in The Villages.

They found 51-year-old Mark Muldoon with a cup of alcohol in the parking lot, according to the arrest report. Muldoon appeared to be intoxicated, the report indicated.

He began using profanity and became belligerent.

Muldoon was booked on a charge of disorderly intoxication at the Lake County Jail.

He had been jailed on June 19 on another charge of disorderly intoxication. He was arrested in May after he allegedly entered Margarita Republic in Spanish Springs after being ordered to stay out. In 2009, he was charged with driving under the influence and possession of cocaine.
