Don Galloway, 76, passed away Tuesday July 7, 2015. Don had lived in The Villages for 3 years moving here from Sarasota,Florida. He was employed for 30 years as an engineer for Sarasota County. He achieved his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal and later his Masters from the University of Minnesota, but considered himself a Gator fan. Don was funny, aloof, and always ready for 6 p.m. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Janet Galloway; two sons, Steven Galloway (Marianne), Thomas Galloway (Tracy); three granddaughters, Zoe, Riley and Lenora and siblings, Jock Galloway, Alec Galloway, Mary Galloway. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
