A 28-year-old Lady Lake man will have to appear Oct. 22 in Lake County Court to answer to a charge of retail theft from the Best Buy in Lady Lake.
Jermaine J. McIntosh of 4041 Azalea Way is accused of taking an Apple Watch protector on Oct. 5.
A loss prevention officer saw McIntosh conceal the item in his waistband and attempt to leave the store, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
He was issued a criminal citation.
