The new Texas Roadhouse on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 will be opening March 14.
Finishing touches are being put on the new restaurant recently completed near Sam’s Club.
The restaurant will employ 20 full- and part-time employees. The hours of operation will be 3 to 11 p.m. seven days a week. The restaurant will only provide dinner.
The restaurant has been under development by Benchmark Development Corp., which has developed all of the retail space in that section of Lady Lake, including new Ulta Beauty and Stein Mart across the street.
