Alzheimer’s, funerals to be topics of education program offered Monday at New Covenant

A Winter Health Education Program will be offered Monday, Feb. 1 at New Covenant United Methodist Church, 3470 Woodridge Drive (behind Southern Trace Shopping Center.)

Time and speakers:

5 p.m. – Alzheimer’s Update – speaker:  Rochelle Holcombe, Alzheimer’s expert and leader of weekly Alzheimer’s support group with respite care during meeting

6 p.m. – Time for break with healthy snacks

6:15 p.m. – What You Always Wanted to Know about Doing a Funeral but Never Asked – speaker:  Pastor Marilyn Anell from New Covenant United Methodist Church

There is no cost for the program and no pre-registration is required.

Those interested may attend both or one of the programs on Monday night.
