To the Editor:
Last night my husband and I went to a show. We had seats in row Z. Row Z is the first row of center mezzanine. Got there 20 minutes early and thought these seats are wonderful. We were told the seats didn’t have the hearing loop which was fine with us. Ten minutes before start of the show two wheelchairs pulled into row L in front of us and our view was totally obstructed. We have no problem with wheelchairs, my husbands mother uses one. Our complaint is they never told us when we bought the tickets that our view COULD be obstructed if bought by someone in a wheelchair. When we asked for different seats a lady told us we could only exchange for same priced seats so we had to go up to row Y. View OK but was very blurred for me. Third lady in row Z complained a lot more because they gave her a folding chair in row L at no additional charge. Not offered to us. Know what you are buying.
