
A 26-year-old Lady Lake man was jailed on $25,000 bond after he allegedly threatened his live-in girlfriend with two knives on Easter Sunday at the Cove Apartments.
Lady Lake police were called at 5:22 p.m. to the couple’s apartment where Kenneth Eugene Alexander had allegedly made threats while armed with a pair of knives, according to an arrest report.
In addition, a witness told police that Alexander had hit his girlfriend in the head with a cell phone, the arrest report indicated.
Alexander was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and domestic battery. He was booked at the Lake County Jail on $25,000 bond.
