Lady Lake police arrested a pair of men on drug charges Thursday night following a traffic stop on Jacaranda Drive.

A vehicle driven by Jesse Parker Burns, 34, of Summerfield was pulled over for having a large crack in the windshield, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. A check revealed his driver’s license was suspended. A clear plastic Crayola tube containing white residue was found in his right front pants pocket.

A passenger in his vehicle, 34-year-old Manitou Antonio McParlin of Weirsdale, was found to have Xanax pills in his possession and did not have a prescription, the arrest report indicated.

Both men were booked at the Lake County Jail.
