A man is reportedly missing $1,020 after a night of heavy drinking at a home in Lady Lake.
The 22-year-old Ocklawaha man went to a residence on Matthews Road on Saturday night and consumed at least seven shots of vodka, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. He blacked out and was awakened by his friends at 3 a.m. who told him they had called a taxi for him.
On Sunday when he was back home, he discovered the money missing from his wallet and contacted the sheriff’s office.
