A 49-year-old Summerfield man was arrested after he was spotted speeding through a construction zone on Interstate 75 in Sumter County.
Danny Lee Ronjoin had been at the wheel of a Ford Mustang at 6:36 p.m. Tuesday when he was clocked traveling at 85 miles per hour in a marked construction zone, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
Ronjoin admitted to the deputy who pulled him over that his license was suspended.
Ronjoin was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. He was released after posting $500 bond.
