
Deborah A. “Tulips” Tulipano, 64, of The Villages, FL, passed from this life on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Born in Youngstown, OH, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Betty (Thompson) Tulipano.
Deborah was a retired manager for AT&T in the Washington, DC and Baltimore area. She retired in 2014 after a 42 year career.
Deborah also served and retired as a staff sergeant from the U. S. Army Reserves. She came to The Villages from Washington, DC in 2014.
Deborah was a world-wide traveler who enjoyed experiencing new places, cultures, ideas and especially people. She enjoyed golf and woodworking.
She leaves her wife and life partner, Deborah A. Shea; brothers, William Hanley, Thomas Tulipano both of Florida and Anthony Tulipano (Susie) of Youngstown, OH. Led by niece Gayle Hilton Deborah was “Aunt Deb” to numerous nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services will be held in The Villages and in Youngstown, OH at a later date.
