Two Ocala restaurants shut down after failing to meet health safety standards

Two Ocala restaurants were shut down last week after failing to meet health safety standards.

Grace Sushi at 8075 SW Hwy. 200 was closed Jan. 4 after roach activity was discovered, according to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. It was allowed to re-open the following day.

Champions Restaurant at 1701 SW 60th Ave. was closed Jan. 5 due to rodent activity. The restaurant was permitted to reopen the next day.
