A 26-year-old Lady Lake man was arrested after showing up at a family member’s residence from which he has been banned by court order.
Sean Glenn Rigsby was being held at the Lake County Jail on $5,000 bond on charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and trespassing on Jan. 6 when he showed up at a home on Primrose Lane in Lady Lake.
Rigsby had been spotted attempting to enter the residence through a front window, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. He fled on a bicycle and refused to comply with the officers’ commands. When they apprehended him, he was found to be in possession of a syringe and multiple bags of narcotics. He was also found to be in possession of a family member’s checkbook.
